Delivery and Privacy

Deliveries within Australia

We charge a low flat rate of $6.95 for all orders over $15 and under $75.  Postage for orders $75 and over is $9.95.  Postage for orders less than $15.00 is only $4.95.  Orders are sent either via Australia Post regular delivery or via Fastway Couriers dependant on your location and physical size of order, unless otherwise requested. If you require Registered Post or Express Post delivery, this can be arranged for an additional cost.  Please contact us to discuss such requirements before placing your order.

We endeavour to send out all orders within 48 business hours.  Most orders should arrive within 3 to 6 business days depending on your location (we are Brisbane based). 

International deliveries

For orders to New Zealand we offer a flat rate of $10.00 per standard delivery, excluding BugRug orders. If you would like to place an order for a Bugrug, please contact us to request a postage quote. We can usually ship to most other countries on request.  Overseas orders must be paid for via PayPal.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card payments for overseas orders.  As international shipping costs vary dramatically, please contact us for a shipping cost for your location before placing your order.

Whilst we prefer to send our overseas orders by Air Mail, if the cost to do is prohibitive, we will consider using Sea Mail.  Prior to sending any orders by Sea Mail, we will contact you to discuss. 

Privacy

As our customer, your personal information is treated as protected and will only be released to a third party when you give permission or, if required by law.

We will not intentionally send you any advertising unless you have expressly asked us to do so.  We do send a monthly E-newsletter to our subscribers updating them about new products and upcoming events.  You can choose to become a subscriber by either following the link on our home page, or by nominating to do so during checkout when placing an order.

When ordering in our online store, your credit card payment details are protected and encrypted by 256-bit SSL technology.
