Q.	Can I purchase products from your range if I can’t host or attend a party?
	Yes. You can shop in our on-line store.
Q.	Why should I attend a party when I can order online?
	There are two main benefits of attending a party. Firstly, you will be able to buy some products at "party special" prices. Secondly, attending a party gives you the opportunity to see, use and learn more about the products prior to purchasing them.
Q.	What are the benefits of hosting a Mummys’ Little Helpers party?
	As a Hostess, you will receive a FREE gift just for hosting a party. PLUS, once your party sales reach $250, you will receive 10% of the total sales from the party in FREE product of your choice. ALSO, for each friend that hosts their own party (after booking from yours), you will receive a $10 p roduct voucher (E.g if you have 3 friends book and host, that equals another $30 worth of products for you). Additionally, once party sales reach $495 with two future party bookings, you may purchase any one item from the range for HALF price! This could save you up to $125.
Q.	What will I pay for postage when ordering on-line?
	Postage within Australia is now a low flat rate of just $6.95, regardless of how many items you order. We can also ship internationally if orders are paid for through Paypal. Please email us for the postage cost to your country.
Q.	Can Mummys’ Little Helpers help with fundraising?
	Absolutely. We can help you fundraise for your school / childcare centre / sports club etc. Your organisation will have the option of receiving free product s, or a cash amount. Please CONTACT US to discuss your requirements.
Q.	Can I join Mummys’ Little Helpers as a consultant and earn an income around my family?

Q.	How and when do I make payment for my order?
	Payment is required at the time you place your order. If you are attending a party, payment can be made with Cash, Eftpos or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard). On-line orders can be paid for by Direct Deposit, PayPal or Credit Card (VisaMastercard Only). Your credit card payment details are protected and encrypted by 256-bit SSL technology. Your privacy and security is guaranteed.
Q.	If I place an order at a party, how and when will I receive my order?
	Orders placed at a party will be delivered to the party's hostess two to three weeks after the party. If you would like your order delivered directly to you (rather than to the hostess), this can be arranged for a fee of $6.95 (as per our flat rate delivery for online purchases).
Q.	Does Mummys’ Little Helpers have any “exclusive” products?
	We sure do! We are proud to be the exclusive Australian retailer of BINSI Birth Wear, which we import directly from the designer in Colorado U.S.A
Q.	Do you have a Return Policy?
	Yes, if a product is defective or damaged prior to shipping, customers can return the product for a full refund. If a customer simply changes their mind, a refund can be obtained, if the product is returned in the same condition that it was received and it is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. In these circumstances, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product and the amount of the refund extends only to the actual cost of the product i.e. no refund will be given for the shipping cost or for any other fees or charges paid.
