Below are answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions.

Why host a party when I can just order online?

There are several benefits of attending a party. Firstly, attending a party gives you the opportunity to see, touch, and learn more about the products prior to purchasing them.  Secondly, you have the opportunity to purchase some products at "Party Special" prices.  And – a party is always a great excuse to get together with friends and relax while enjoying morning or afternoon tea!

What are the benefits of hosting a Mummys’ Little Helpers party?

As a Hostess, you will receive a FREE “Thank-you Gift” just for hosting a party. Once your qualifying party sales reach $250.00, you are also entitled to 10% of the total sales* in FREE products of your choice.

Additionally, when qualifying sales reach $495.00 with two future party bookings, you may purchase any one item from the MLH range for HALF price! This could potentially save you up to $125.00!

Further rewards also apply once your guests’ future bookings have been held.

How and when do I make payment for my party order?

Payment is required at the time you place your order. This relieves the Hostess of the responsibility of having to collect payments from friends and family and helps prevent delays in delivery. Payment can be made by Cash or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard).  Some Consultant’s may also be able to provide a mobile EFTPOS facility.  Please enquire as to the availability of this service when booking your party.

If I place an order at a party, how and when will I receive my order?  Is there a delivery fee?

Orders placed at a party will be delivered to the party Hostess approximately two weeks after the party.  We charge a small handling fee of $1.50 for each customer’s order.  Alternatively, you can request your order be delivered directly to you.  We charge a flat rate postage fee of $6.95 for this service - as per our online orders.  If a guest chooses direct delivery, they do not pay the $1.50 handling fee.

Baby Showers

Whilst our standard party demonstrations are provided free of charge, we do charge a booking fee for our Baby Shower service.  This fee covers the cost of our lovely Baby Shower invitations, a beautiful gift for the Mum-to-be and some special Baby Shower games and prizes.

However, if the total sales reach $500 or more, this fee will be waived!
 
Hostess Benefits apply as per a standard demonstration and any future bookings can be for either a standard demonstration or a Baby Shower.

In addition, we can also provide assistance with organising the following optional extras:

  • Decorations (Balloons, plates, cups, napkins, banners, favours etc);
  • Cakes (Individual Cup Cakes or Standard size cakes).
